The Bings are fire I recommend getting the Teriyaki Chicken Bing.
Or the Chickenwings with the garlic salt.
They go well with tequila on a Saturday night. -

I had been tempted to order from Brother's a couple of times and finally did. I ordered 10 wings, plain, spring rolls and chicken fried rice. The wings were tasty, but so tiny! All 10 wings was probably about as much chicken meat as one thigh. Not worth the money!
The filling in the spring rolls was mushy and tasted so strongly of ginger that was all I could taste. The chicken fried rice was brown and tasted like soy sauce .... yup, just soy sauce, nothing else, and it was super greasy!
I ate the wings, but only two bites of one spring roll and a few bites of the rice and the rest went promptly into the garbage. Total waste of money!
I don't understand all the positive reviews for this place. I will never eat at Brother's again. It was very disappointing. -

I don't know if they changed chef or something, but the last order I had from here is really disappointing. I had the brothers tofu, chicken tender, and chicken fried rice.
The tofu and tender are both a little over, so a little hard and dry. But the chicken fried rice is the most disappointing. This used to be my favorite dish here. But my most recent order tasted completely different. The dish had so much soy sauce that it looked dark brown. Soy sauce flavor is the only flavor you can taste in the dish. It is so over salted that I could only get half way through, while chug two giant glasses of water.
I'm sorry to say I will not come back again. -

We were in Porltand for a few days and was looking for some quick take-out to take back to the hotel so we could watch the Warrior's/Trailblazer game on TV. I looked through Yelp for something close and quick and found this place but the name didn't really tell us much except they had wings and was run by brothers. What the Heck are Bings? So, I Googled "bing" and here is what Wikipedia said:
"Jianbing (simplified Chinese: 煎饼; traditional Chinese: 煎餅; pinyin: jiānbng; literally: 'fried pancake') is a traditional Chinese street food similar to crepes. It is a type of bing generally eaten for breakfast and hailed as "one of China's most popular street breakfasts."[1][2][3] The main ingredients of jianbing are a batter of wheat and grain flour, eggs and sauces.[3] It can be topped with different fillings and sauces such as baocui (薄脆, thin and crispy fried cracker), ham, chopped or diced mustard pickles, scallions and coriander, chili sauce or hoisin sauce depending on personal preference. It is often folded several times before serving."
We had to try the 'Bing' and found they were really good. My wife had the vegetarian version and I had the Mongolian Beef Bing ($8.99 each). They were delightful, filling, interesting and really hit the spot! We also got a small order of wings ($5.99) and they were pretty good, too! We will go back the next time we are in their neighborhood.
